Frequently asked questions
Can other testers see my data?
Yes. The instance is shared between all demo accounts. Never enter real or confidential data.
How long does my account last?
The account is valid for at most 24 h from creation. After expiry, the account and its demo workflows are purged (hourly cleanup of expired accounts). The shared instance is not automatically reset; retention beyond that period is not guaranteed.
Can I create several accounts?
Two creations per IP address in a 24 h window, to prevent abuse.
How do I delete my account before 24 h?
Early deletion is not available in self-service. Write to contact at knot dot tools.
